Reid is a US Marine Veteran and graduated from Colorado Technical University in Business Management. After many years in the medial industry, he decided to join the family business. Besides his college education, Reid was trained in HVAC by his father-in-law Rick Groff who has 30 years of knowledge in the industry. Throughout the years, Reid has fulfilled many roles and is currently serving as the President of Quality Heating & Cooling and is the owner along with his wife, Adriann. Reid is particularly proud of the team at Quality, especially how passionate the team members are about doing a great job for the customers. When he is not at work, Reid likes working on his golf game, rooting for his favorite sports team, or spending time with his three kids and wife.

Adriann Sittler grew up around the business and learned the ins and outs by working alongside her Dad. After attending and graduating from The Ohio State University and launching a successful career on her own, she decided to come back to where her heart as always been. She and her husband Reid purchased the business several years ago and she currently fulfills the role of Vice-President. She is proud that the company is a thriving family-owned local business where employees truly feel like an extension of the family.

Dawn was born in Massillon, Ohio and still lives locally in North Canton. She chose the HVAC industry for her career because she loves speaking to homeowners and helping them. She says that she really enjoys the family environment Quality offers and that she wants customers to feel like part of the Quality family too. That is why she especially enjoys working with customers and providing excellent service! She and her husband, Bill, have four children that are involved in sports including basketball, cross country and track. They travel a lot to watch one of their daughters play basketball at the collegiate level. When Dawn gets a little bit of free time, she enjoys scrapbooking and gardening.

Erica Capuano wanted to join the Quality team because she believed that it is a business that will continue to grow and provide more career opportunities. She has been working in customer service for as long as she can remember and she loves helping people. Currently in the role of lead coordinator, she enjoys working at a family owned company with friendly staff. She lives in Canton with her husband, Dante, and son, Luca. Erica loves hanging around outside with her son and spending time with her family.

Quentin Cowling was drawn to the HVAC field because his grandfather retired from working in HVAC, his father has been working in HVAC for over 30 years, and his brother also works in HVAC. Quentin is proud to say that the HVAC field has allowed his family to put food on the table for generations and it is a privilege to keep the tradition alive. To prepare for his current position, he worked in HVAC right out of high school at a small shop in Canton followed by working for his father’s HVAC company throughout the years. He wanted to join the Quality team because it is a family owned and operated company that always puts the customer first no matter what the cost – Quality truly shows a desire to help the people they serve! Quentin lives in Jackson with his wife and son. He loves spending time with his family, especially his son, and enjoys exercise, spending time outdoors, and DIY home projects.

Rick has been with Quality Heating & Cooling since 1987. He was Quality’s first Service Technician. After being out in the field and running service calls for many years, Rick is now responsible for the training and development of our technicians in the Service Department. Rick also has his N.A.T.E Certification. Rick has enjoyed working for QHC for his entire career in the HVAC business because of the family atmosphere the owner has created. In his free time, he enjoys motorcycles, hunting and fishing. He has two sons, one beautiful granddaughter and handsome grandson.

Ken came to Quality with over 25 years of Marketing experience. He started in Television working for Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood. He received an “Emmy” for being the on-site editor for the Rock-N-Roll Hall Of Fame opening weekend. He has owned a Marketing Video production company for many years and is excited to work for Quality Heating and Cooling. In his spare time loves spending time with his 2 boys, coaching baseball, and playing golf.

Jennifer was born in Akron and is currently a resident of Massillon, Ohio. She worked previously as an accounting clerk but wanted to transition to the HVAC industry because she loves the idea of helping serve people’s comfort needs. She likes Quality because the company is family oriented and appreciates the work that she does. She is married with 2 sons and her favorite thing to do is spend time with family! She loves to travel to the beach to be in the sun.

Fred’s position at Quality is Quality Control in the Install Department. He is one of Quality’s top technicians with a wide variety of service areas. Fred was born and raised in Massillon. His extensive training started at R.G Drage Technical Career Center. He then achieved his N.A.T.E Certification along with on the job training. Fred is now responsible for quality control of new HVAC installations. He chose this career because he enjoys having the ability to repair things and fulfilling his customer’s needs. Fred likes working for Quality because of the people he works with every day and he enjoys seeing his customers on a regular basis. Fred is married and has a son with one cat and one dog. I enjoy working around the house and spending time with friends and family.

Doug Sexton graduated from Kent State with a Bachelor’s Degree in business with a heavy concentration in logistics followed by 14 years of warehouse experience. Doug was looking for a new opportunity to apply his warehouse knowledge to a trade that requires a high level of organization. That brought him to Quality where he says that he loves the team environment and that no day is the same! Doug is from Canton and he is happily married with 6 kids! In his spare time, he is a competitive power lifter

Lori, originally from Newburgh, New York, currently lives in Niles, Ohio. She earned a Master of Accountancy and accepted a position in the HVAC industry. Once involved, she discovered that she loved the work, the atmosphere and the science of it! She enjoys working for Quality because they’re down to earth people who focus on a team effort to get the job done which makes for a nice working environment. She is married with a young son and two teenage stepsons. As hobbies, she enjoys fitness instruction, bocce and kayaking!

Paul was born in Davenport, Iowa but has been a proud long-time resident of North Canton, Ohio. He says that he became interested in the HVAC industry from watching the movie “A Christmas Story”, when the dad goes down to the basement to “fix” the furnace. You hear banging, some choice words and then smoke come out of the registers! That scene stuck with him so when his High School offered HVAC as a vocational, he thought what a great opportunity to figure out what that guy was messing with in his basement from the movie! Paul was starting a family young and he knew he could get into the work force right out of High School and make a good living for his family with a career in the field of HVAC! Paul began his career in a Sheet Metal Shop, and has worked in new construction, residential retrofit, residential and commercial service, sales, service management, sales management and operational management. He has continued his education by attending industry training in field work, training excellence and leadership training. Paul states that he likes working at Quality because we have a great foundation! We are grounded in a family environment, led by a great ownership team, with a great group of technicians embracing change to help make us better and lead us into the future! I am excited for the future here at Quality Heating & Cooling. Paul has been married to his wife Tracy for 27 years and they have three children and two grandsons. In his free time, Paul enjoys getting outdoors as much as possible and he also enjoys cooking!

Michael Kuziak joins Quality Heating & Cooling with a Bachelor’s Degree and over 23 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry and in-home consultative sales. Born in Akron, Ohio, Michael currently resides in Wadsworth with his wife of 25 years. The HVAC industry appeals to Michael because he enjoys identifying and solving the problems that customers face with their heating and cooling needs. He says that he likes working for Quality because it is a family-owned business with an excellent reputation that truly cares about customers and employees. When not at work, he enjoys fishing, hunting and camping. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and adult daughter and son.
